Realizing the infrastructure and superstructure construction works to meet the customer satisfaction at the highest level, while taking in to consideration the employment and occupational safety as indispensable elements in addition to environment consciousness and responsibility, in range of its activities, is adopted as the main principle by our establishment.
In order to realize our above-mentioned principle, our establishment has determined its MANAGEMENT POLICY as:
Inspecting continuously every necessary work at all phases starting from preparation of the project to the completion of the works,
Supplying proper material from the trustworthy sources to Kalemci Construction Management System,
Being selective in consideration of the performances and practices of the employment service suppliers,
Complying with the employment and occupational safety standards and regulations, as well as environmental safety,
Making the employees conscious of the risks in order to minimize the accidental risks and try to provide the suitability of the equipment being used,
By following the technological advances, benefiting at maximum level from these developments,
Considering the environmental protection as a respect to the humanity in all operations,
Using every proper and acquirable information for our purpose of adopting conscious and responsible attitudes towards the environment with all of the employees, and executing them in every country engaged without discrimination in order to reduce the risk of pollution that can affect the construction works,
